Also added were some horse shoes from the stable decornailed to one corner of the bedroom. The rest of the cabin tried to stay with a Smokey Mountain black bear decor, with some north country moose items thrown in. The kitchen area of the common room was done in primitive farm decor. For what they charge for this cabin I would think decent sheets would not be too much to ask. They were so worn and pilled that my wife had to find another set to put over the one on the bottom so it wouldn't keep her awake. I also need to mention the sheets that were on the bed. It would only support one unit at a time. This made sure there was little air movement on the porch and the hot tube kept it well heated in the 80 degree weather. The hot tub was placed on the 2nd floor back porch.
I would expect this folder to also include recommendations for eating and entertainment facilities and maybe a map to help get oriented during the first evening. But the WiFi was so weak I could not get my email to load so I didn't see it till I arrived back home.

This was the first time that there was not a folder or book welcoming us and explaining the facilities and the check sheet for departure. My family has been renting cabins for over 10 years. The bowls and plates were each chipped, most of them in multiple places. The cabin was equipped with so little silverware that we had to wash it multiple times a day (for 2 people). We ended up buying a griddle and spatula to use for the stay. The spatula was caked with what looked like scrambled egg that had to be scrubbed off before using. Speaking of which, the small stainless steel fry pan and pot provided had burned on stains that had to be scrubbed off.
The stove was so out of level so the eggs flowed to one side of the pan. The floors have settled so they are on a slope for much of the cabin. The bedroom and bathroom doors were so out of square the doors would not open all the way. The layout of the cabin was good but the only doors square to the frame was the entry doors. On entering the cabin there was a strong musty smell. I don't know if our experience was just this cabin or if it is all of Eagle Ridge Resort. The staff was very helpful, I must commend their work and friendliness. Travel into and out of main areas of Pigeon Forge was simple. The cabin is in a great location with only it and another cabin off a main road. We stayed in the Magical Moments Cabin ER-260.
